Shashi Tripathi is a seasoned executive leader, technology operator, investor, and entrepreneur with over 25 years of global experience driving growth and transformation across technology, healthcare, FinTech, AI/SaaS, and operational excellence sectors. He currently serves as a Chairman of Global Pan IIT Conference (www.iit2026.org) as well as Managing Partner at Nurture Growth Fund, a venture firm that backs early-stage, revenue-generating companies in high-growth domains and has successfully led numerous portfolio companies across the US, EU, India, and APAC.
Shashi brings deep operational and strategic leadership from senior roles including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer at ImpediMed, where he steered technology and operations, and executive leadership roles at New Century Health and Springfield Clinic. He has a strong track record leading complex organizations through scale-up, innovation, and execution, delivering measurable value to teams, customers and stakeholders.
In addition to investing and operating, Shashi has served on corporate and advisory boards—including Damon Motors—and has built and exited multiple ventures. He holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and has completed executive education at MIT Sloan and Kellogg.
